“National Faith in Blue Weekend”: The Golden Rule Matthew 7:12 (Do to others what you would have them do to you, for this sums up the Law and the Prophets.

This principle goes against the world and it always has. Nothing has changed. There was sin in the world then and now. It’s a “me” culture.

Focus on loving, respecting and serving others.
We are in a spiritual battle (Ephesians 6:12). The Church & the police/ law are expected to act differently than the rest.

Our struggle is sometimes between being voiceless or being too aggressive. Neither is right. We are called to be different but engage respectfully. Cast the net of love, care, empathy & respect out before you engage.
