A ministry leader reads the documented SMS enrollment disclosure available at

that recipients will receive recurring, event-triggered operational assistance alerts, states that
message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply, and explains that recipients may
reply HELP for assistance or STOP to opt out.
The ministry leader asks the volunteer whether they agree to receive automated SMS alerts from
New Life Saginaw at the mobile number provided. The volunteer must affirmatively answer “Yes”
before the number is added. Participation is optional, and volunteers who do not expressly agree
